The Experience
Soothworks sessions move slowly and intentionally - because real healing deserves real time. Most people arrive expecting something surface-level. What they find goes much further.
Every session begins with a discovery call or quick consultation to understand what's happening in your world. From there, you'll complete a brief intake and confidentiality form before your first session begins.
An intuitively curated energy healing session woven together with sound healing - designed to clear, balance, and restore your energetic body from the inside out. This session meets what lives beneath the surface: tension, grief, disconnection, spiritual stagnation, burnout. We bring presence, precision, and deep care to every layer.
Thirty minutes scratches the surface. Ninety minutes does the work.
Somatic Care
Residential Spatial Care.
Your home carries stories. Some of those stories have overstayed their welcome. Safe Haven is a residential clearing session that acknowledges the significant moments that shaped a space, clears dark and stagnant energies, and brings in fresh, light, intentional vibrations. When finished, a space feels like a full breath - whole, clear, and finally itself again.
