Tinesha built Soothworks from lived experience, knowing what it feels like to carry too much, to feel out of place in your own body, and to move through spaces that hold heavy histories and uncomfortable energies. She brings somatic care, energetic precision, and deep cultural awareness to every session and every space she enters.
Her approach holds room for what's hard to say out loud. Because some of the most important healing starts exactly there. The stories and feelings that go untold, buried, and silenced; those matter most. The work we do for ourselves carries more power than anything the outside world can hand us.
She built Soothworks because the world needed it. And because she needed it first.
We live inside a capitalistic system designed to burn us out, bog us down, and make us forget that we are not cogs in a machine. Tinesha's work moves in the opposite direction - with intention, tender love, and care - uncovering the root of what holds people back and assisting in liberating and soothing the soul and our systems.
